Nicole attended Anderson High School and graduated with honors. While in high school she was a peer tutor and worked with special education classes. She then went on at obtain a degree in Computer Programming and also Small Business Accounting and Management. Her real passion is to help students achieve their academic goals and be confident in themselves. She is currently completing graduate-level training in early childhood autism supports to better students. Nicole has competed training in Orton-Gillingham techniques/Barton Reading, spelling and Math-U-See systems.

For 13 years following college, she served as a 5th grade teacher in South Madison Community Schools. For an additional 5 years she

For 13 years following college, she served as a 5th grade teacher in South Madison Community Schools. For an additional 5 years she served in the same district as an Elementary Reading Coach.
